Sustainability Team Lead

Responsiblities :
AltoTech Global seeks passionate and experienced Sustainability Consultants and a Sustainability Team Lead to drive the growth of our carbon neutrality services, manage impactful projects, and strategically enhance sustainability initiatives for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including product development, design, and engineering—and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact sustainability solutions.

-Lead and manage sustainability projects—including carbon neutrality, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction—from inception through implementation.
-Deliver tailored sustainability consultancy services to clients, encompassing reporting, certifications, and compliance with international sustainability standards.
-Perform comprehensive sustainability assessments and detailed carbon footprint analyses.
-Work closely with our design and engineering teams to continuously improve our sustainability product.
-Actively engage in business development efforts, supporting proposal creation, client pitches, and relationship management.
-Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sustainability team.
-Develop and execute a robust sustainability strategy aligned with AltoTech Global’s mission and business goals.
-Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and consistently exceed client expectations.
-Represent AltoTech Global professionally at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
