Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely solutions.
Document interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve escalated issues.

Language Skills: High level of English (written & spoken).
