Responsiblities :
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Customer Relations Manager to handle communication with clients in English and manage their requests in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should respond to customer inquiries within five minutes, find practical solutions and get in touch with the relevant teams to solve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, they should be able to provide support to the cleaning team when required.

คุณสมบัติ :

1) Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
2) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Thai is a strong plus.
3) Ability to handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
4) Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
5) Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
6) Team player with a willingness to support cleaning staff as needed.

1) Monthly performance bonus of up to 30% of salary.
