Responsiblities :
Position Overview:
The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We believe that our success is driven by the outstanding people who make up our team. We're currently seeking an A+ Customer Service Representative to uphold our standard of excellence in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
-Resolve customer complaints, guiding them through the resolution process.
-Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service.
-Ensure all customer interactions are logged and details are not missed.

คุณสมบัติ :

Qualifications:

-Can work for 40-48 hours per week
-Proven experience as a customer service representative.
-Preferably has experience/knowledge with Web3
-Familiarity with CRM, LiveChat and Discord
-Experience with QA
-Ability to clearly express and convey information through email or chat.
-Ability to address issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the client.
-Comfortably handle multiple cases or tasks at the same time.
-Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
