Responsiblities :
We are seeking an Influencer Affiliate/Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming niche. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including the audience, platforms, social media channels, and formats that engage local players.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and collaborate with high quality key influencers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, analyze statistics of the campaign effect
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies
- Manage communications with influencers, provide necessary creatives, or brief the design team for creative needs
- Negotiate and finalize deals with influencers on a different basis
- Source and conduct outreach to relevant influencers on a large scale.

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is must have
- English is Upper-Intermediate and above
- Experience in networking with local affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and streamers
- Experience with revenue share models is essential, and familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and design.
