หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :

• Account Receivable Supervisor to support the USA HQ office
• Record bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
• Posting financial transactions in databases
• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
• Interacting with local and HQ management, and customers
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
• Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds

คุณสมบัติ :

• At least 5 years of previous experience in Account Receivable role
• Excellent English is a must
• Previous experience working under foreign management and reporting to overseas supervisor is an advantage
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of Oracle database is an advantage
• Good computer skills including Excel spreadsheet
• Math skills
• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
