Responsiblities :
We are in seek of a Social Media Listening Analyst to become a part of Ensure's Social Listening & Monitoring Team.
Job Description:
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from social listening & monitoring tool(s) and other sources if necessary
- Identify key insights and information, visualize the data, and provide context in a way that is digestible and easy for internal team and/or client to understand in a form of a report and presentation.
- Collaborate with Content, and Account Management Team
- Performing ad-hoc, weekly, monthly report as requested.
- Present and provide analysis and recommendation to internal team and client
Task Example:
- Monitor customer data and optimize keyword queries
- Fill and label data in Excel according to defined key attributes and topics of automobile monitoring
- Reassure that sampling data are equivalent and relevant to email alerts
- Control dashboard quality and accuracy

Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Market Research (Experience with any Social Listening Tools is a must)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistic, Business, Economic or related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Researching customer trends and optimizing keyword query (boolean)
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot Tables and basic visualization)
- Ability to work under pressure and work with limited time
- Background in Marketing and Communication is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistic, Business, Economic or related field
