Job Description :

Responsiblities :
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with AltoTech’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
• Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top AI and tech talent.
• Build and promote AltoTech’s employer brand through targeted initiatives.
• Implement talent pipeline strategies to support business growth.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development
• Design and implement a performance management framework, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance reviews.
• Develop learning and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Drive the implementation of ESOP plans, ensuring alignment with performance and company objectives.



4. Culture & Employee Engagement
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration.
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies using data-driven approaches (e.g., surveys, focus groups).
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
• Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
6. Employee Relations & Well-being
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
• Develop initiatives that support employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech companies.
• Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven track record in driving culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices.
