Responsiblities :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Staff member to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of residential housing units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the home, inspecting the state of the house, and ensuring all furniture and appliances are in working order.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Clean (Dust, vacuum, sweep) and sanitize all areas of the residential property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

2) Verify the functionality of furniture, appliances, and fixtures, reporting any damages or malfunctions.

3) Replace basic household supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and trash bags.

4) Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste.

5) Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency.

6) Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications :

1) Previous experience in hotel cleaning is preferred.

2) Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

3) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and be honest.

4) Must speak English or Thai.

5) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

6) Good communication skills to report issues or damages.
