About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the e-commerce business, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR practices, with a keen understanding of the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the e-commerce industry.

You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent, while supporting the organization’s goals and creating an engaging, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the e-commerce business (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service, tech, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Employee Onboarding & Integration:

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience as they integrate into the company.
Provide training on company policies, procedures, and culture to ensure new employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing guidance to both employees and managers.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess job satisfaction and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Guide managers on handling performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.
Support employees in their career development and growth within the company, providing coaching and mentoring where needed.
Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and create development programs to help employees grow in their roles and advance their careers.
Coordinate training sessions for staff on various topics (e.g., leadership, diversity, compliance, etc.).
Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue professional development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement competitive compensation packages.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring employees are well-informed and satisfied with available offerings.
Compliance & HR Policies:

Ensure the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practices.
Keep current with HR trends and industry best practices to continually improve HR operations and initiatives.
Workplace Health & Safety:

Work closely with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Assist in developing safety protocols, especially for e-commerce fulfillment centers or other physical environments.
HR Data & Reporting:

Manage HR metrics and analytics, providing leadership with data-driven insights on turnover, employee satisfaction, performance trends, and other key HR indicators.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR activities, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Experience:

Excellent English
5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly preferred.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HR software systems (HRIS, payroll platforms) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications (preferred).
Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Empathy and emotional intelligence, with a focus on providing support to employees.
