About the Role:

We are seeking a highly innovative and results-oriented Creative Strategist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and data-driven insights to the table, developing strategic creative solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth across multiple digital platforms. As a Creative Strategist for e-commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling creative concepts that resonate with customers and support business goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy Development:

Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts for digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, and data) to align creative direction with business goals, customer needs, and performance data.
Develop strategies for key e-commerce touchpoints, including product pages, social media ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital storefronts.
Campaign Conceptualization & Execution:

Create and oversee the execution of creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and effectively promote product offerings.
Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.
E-commerce & Digital Experience:

Ensure creative concepts are tailored for the e-commerce landscape, optimizing for seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and email.
Develop strategies to enhance the digital customer journey, improving key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously iterate and optimize creative concepts.
Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:

Work closely with analytics and performance teams to monitor and evaluate the success of creative campaigns, using data and insights to inform future creative strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on creative assets (e.g., ads, email designs, product pages) and optimize based on performance data.
Leverage customer feedback, user-generated content, and behavioral data to refine messaging and creative execution.
Brand Alignment & Messaging:

Ensure all creative output is aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
Develop creative that communicates brand values and differentiates products in the marketplace, contributing to long-term brand growth.
Collaboration & Communication:

Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure all campaigns align with business objectives and reach target audiences effectively.
Present and communicate creative strategies, campaign results, and key learnings to internal stakeholders.
Stay Current with Trends & Innovations:

Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and creative strategies to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
Continuously explore new creative tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Experience:

Excellent English
3+ years of experience in creative strategy or creative direction, with a focus on e-commerce, digital marketing, or advertising.
Proven experience in developing and executing creative campaigns that drive e-commerce growth and customer engagement.
Skills:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and digital marketing channels (social media, email, search, paid media, etc.).
Expertise in customer-centric creative development, ensuring campaigns are tailored to audience needs and behaviors.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and content management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies effectively.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
