About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer/Advertiser with expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, data analytics, and a passion for driving measurable results in an ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve business goals and KPIs. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical skills to ensure high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Tailor campaigns to target relevant audiences, utilizing audience segmentation and behavior targeting.
Set clear objectives for campaigns, aligning with business goals and KPIs (e.g., lead generation, sales, app installs).
Optimization & Performance Analysis:

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are optimized for cost-efficiency and high returns.
Allocate budgets across different platforms and campaigns based on performance metrics.
Cross-Platform Strategy Development:

Develop integrated marketing strategies across both Google and Meta platforms to support broader digital marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cross-platform synergy to enhance campaign reach and performance.
Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure the messaging aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Stay Current with Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the most advanced features and strategies.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Experience:
EXCELLENT English
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Proven track record of driving measurable results (ROI, conversions, traffic) through paid media.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/reporting tools.
Experience with budgeting, bidding strategies, and cost optimization.
Strong understanding of customer journey, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred:

Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or any other relevant marketing certifications.
