Responsiblities :
We are a dynamic restaurant group based in Samui, Thailand, creating unique culinary experiences and inspiring our guests with exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative and seasonal menus, ensuring high-quality dishes and presentation. Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and maintain smooth workflows. Train and supervise kitchen teams, ensuring performance and adherence to standards. Control food costs through inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to align operations with restaurant goals.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Head Chef (3-5 years minimum) and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and menu development. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff training. Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to a clean, safe work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and schedules. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
