Job Description :

Document
Perform document control, create and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos, budgetary, minute and letters (both electronic and physical)

Organize
Organizing and servicing preparation and distribution of appropriate notices of meetings, minutes, and all relevant documents
Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule
Support planning and organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Coordinate
Manage communication channels and respond to correspondence appropriately on behalf of the executives.
Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required.
Support the HR department with employee records and administrative tasks.

Other support
Provide general administrative support
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferable skills
Support general activities such as Lean Six Sigma Program, 5s, etc.
Sustainability Program – Serve as Sustainability Data Coordinator in preparing corporate sustainability reports.

Qualifications :

Education degree
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience
3 years experience in an administrative or corporate secretary
Having work experience related to engineering business for communication is advantageous but not required.

Skill & Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

Language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai
Upper-Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English (Minimum 650 TOEIC score)

Other
Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation, analyze, systematic thinking and summarize information
Good at analytical, communication skills and ability to establish relationships with individuals and leaders.
Prioritize work and handle multi assignments
Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and handle confidential information
