Qualifications :
1. Experience in Marine Carpentry: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marine carpentry, especially in fitting eco teak and traditional teak on vessels.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery specific to marine carpentry.
3. Knowledge of Local Materials: Familiarity with sourcing and working with locally available teak and eco-friendly materials.
4. Language Skills: Basic English communication skills for coordination and reporting; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
5. Project Management: Experience in leading small teams and managing projects independently, with an emphasis on quality and meeting deadlines.
6. Work Authorization: Must have legal work authorization in Thailand or be a Thai national.
7. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of Thai work culture and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
