Job Description :

Responsibilities:
* Manage the process of recruitment to post job,screening-sourcing,interview and hiring.
* Pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate to submit to the hiring manager.
* Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
* Work with the lead of each department to determine vacancies needs and competencies to meet business direction and strategies.
* Coordinate with the team to conduct the job offer.
* Onboarding process for newly hired employees, secondees, trainees and provide new staff orientation sessions to match with each new hire.
* Coordinate related party for Onsite Recruitment, job fairs, job advertisement etc.
* Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture.
* Develop and manage comprehensive training programs, including newcomer induction, workshop scheduling, and the execution of the annual training plan.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance our market presence and attract top talent.
* Support with recruitment process and activities, talent acquisition when needed.
* Handle employee registration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain and manage the staff database within our HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Manage the email distribution list, ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
* Proven experience in , particularly in training and development
* Experience in recruitment and management recruitment strategies at least for 3 years
* Excellent English communication
* Familiarity with HR systems and database management
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Has experience in hospitality business or corporation business will be a special consideration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
