1. To monitor, plan, measure and supervise daily production operations to achieve target and
quality following Production standard instructions and Quality policy 
2. Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (Delivery, Productivity,
Cost, Scrap, Issue, Lot on hold, Utilization, Efficiency, OEE, DCC, OT, 0-Safety, 6S, KPI internal)
3. Supervises and manages a team of supervisors to achieve production objectives.
4. Works with section concerned such as process engineer and quality engineer in order to
improve the quality process and yield.
5. Manage HC (Vacations, leaves, ausentisim)
6. Issue weekly production plans and ensure daily targets are met.
7. Resolve production issues promptly and prevent abnormalities.
8. Prepare training matrix and train new employees follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and
coordinate proper trainings
9. Coordinate with production planners to align plans with marketing demands.
10. Coordinate machine repairs to minimize downtime.
11. Provides optimum and manage headcount in responsible area.
12. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
13. Understand every point of work since preparing raw materials packed.
14. Control production as plan and summarize of daily production result by report issuing.
15. Scrap and inventory controlling.
16. Utilize the 6s. for make good performance & best efficiency production.
17. Knowledge in ISO9001:2015
