Job Description :

F & B Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, creative food and beverage manager to join our team. The responsibilities of the food and beverage manager include overseeing all food and beverage operations in a hospitality establishment. They are in charge of ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction.

Job Description & Requirements:

· Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards

· Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

· Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures

· Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field

· In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

· Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

Pre-Requisites:

· Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

· Minimum 5-8 years’ experience as F&B Manager

· Well versed in Thailand Market, Hotel & Hospitality Market

Others:

· Any Nationality May apply
